Anni is an online booking system for car washes and detailing centres. Drivers book a wash or a detail for their car from their phone, each bay or washer has its own calendar, and a reminder goes out before they come.

Each bay as its own calendar
Add each bay or each washer the way you add a team member. A time stays open on your page while any of them is free.
Every job has its length
A 20 minute exterior wash or a three hour full detail: each service has its own time and price. Add a break between cars to dry the bay.
Wash and interior in one visit
Turn on several services per visit, and a driver can book the wash and the interior together, back to back in the same bay, so the car only comes in once.

Sell 10 washes on one card, valid for three months. Anni ticks off each wash and shows how many are left and what is still unpaid.
Rainy days
Close the date when the weather turns, and your page stops taking bookings for it. Move the cars already booked, and each driver gets a message with the new time.

Can each bay have its own calendar?
Yes. Add each bay or each washer the way you add a team member, with its own working hours. Drivers take whichever is free, or choose one by name.
Does each bay count as a person on the plan?
Yes. Each bay or washer you add counts as one person. The free plan fits a single bay taking online bookings, up to 15 online bookings a month, and the paid plans have room for more.
Can drivers see how long a job takes?
Yes. Your page shows every service with its length and price, like a 20 minute exterior wash or a three hour full detail, so drivers know how long to leave the car.
Can I keep each car’s details?
Yes. Write the make, colour and plate on the customer’s profile, and it’s there every time they come back. Drivers can also write it in the note when they book.
What happens on a rainy day?
Close the date in Settings, and your page stops taking bookings for it. Then move the cars already booked, and each driver gets a message with the new time.
