Stay with your patients, one follow-up at a time
Anni is an online booking system for dietitians and nutrition clinics. Patients book a first consultation or a follow-up from your page, each with its own length and price, and get a reminder before they come. Sell follow-ups as a package, and Anni counts them visit by visit.
Anni
- Last night, 10:12 pm. Ms. Joud asked for a first consultation on Monday at 4:00 pm. Her request is waiting for Dalia’s approval. Waiting.
- Today, 8:40 am. Dalia approved Ms. Joud’s request, so I sent her the confirmation and the details on WhatsApp. Confirmed.
- Today, 11:00 am. Mrs. Imane’s follow-up is tomorrow at 11:00 am, so I sent her a reminder a day before. Reminder sent.
- Today, 5:30 pm. Dalia booked Mr. Karim’s next follow-up from his package, on Thursday at 6:30 pm. That leaves 2 of the 6. Booked.
Made for a nutrition clinic’s week
A longer first consultation
Give the first consultation an hour and a follow-up half an hour, each with its own price. Patients only see times long enough for the visit they choose.
Follow-ups sold as a package
Sell four or eight follow-ups together, valid for as long as you set. Anni counts every visit, and what is still owed if the patient pays in parts.
Free when you work alone
One dietitian taking online bookings fits the free plan. A paid plan adds the rest of your team and sends messages on WhatsApp.
Patients who stopped coming
The patient list shows regulars who haven’t been in a while and have nothing booked, so you know whom to call.
From Instagram to a first visit
Put your page link in your Instagram bio, so someone who follows your posts can book a first consultation without messaging you.
Requests you approve
Online bookings can wait for your approval, or confirm on their own. Follow-ups you book yourself are always confirmed.
Privacy in a nutrition clinic
An assistant sees the calendar, not the money
Give your assistant the receptionist role: they see the calendar and the patient list, while the money, the settings and the exports stay with the owner.
Nothing about weight on the lock screen
Messages show the service name as you write it. Call it “Follow-up visit” rather than “Weight loss programme”, and that is the name a patient’s phone shows.
Each patient sees only their own visits
Patients sign in with a code sent to their own WhatsApp, and their account shows their own appointments only.
Your list comes with you
Import your patients from a CSV file, like one saved from Excel. Only the owner can import or export the patient list, and can export it at any time.
Questions dietitians ask
Can I leave time after each visit to write the patient’s plan?
Yes. Set a break between appointments, and online bookings leave that time free after every visit. The break applies to every appointment, so pick a length that suits your day.
How do packages of follow-ups work?
Set the number of follow-ups and how long the package stays valid, for example 4 follow-ups over two months, and sell it to the patient. Each follow-up you book from it is counted, so you always see how many remain.
I work alone. Is the free plan enough?
It can be. The free plan covers one person taking online bookings, up to 15 online bookings a month, with no card. Follow-ups you book yourself don’t count. Messages go by email on the free plan and on WhatsApp on the paid plans.
Can I keep patients’ weight and measurements in Anni?
No. Anni isn’t a nutrition tracker or a medical file: it has no weight charts, measurements or meal plans. Notes on a patient are plain text, for practical things like the best time to call.
Can patients change a follow-up themselves?
They can cancel online if you allow it, up to the number of hours before that you set. To move a follow-up, they contact you, and when you change the time in the calendar, Anni sends them the new one.
