Questions about Anni
Is Anni a person?
No. Anni is the name of the booking system and of the assistant inside it. Her messages are automatic, and each one carries your business’s name.
Can I talk to Anni?
Yes. In your dashboard, you and your team can type to Anni or talk to her: ask who’s coming, find a customer, or have her book, move or cancel. She shows each change before she makes it and waits for your yes. The typed messages and minutes of talking each month depend on your plan.
Does Anni work when nobody is logged in?
Yes. Your booking page takes bookings around the clock, and confirmations and reminders go out on time whether anyone is logged in or not.
Can Anni answer my customers’ questions?
Anni sends confirmations and reminders, and your booking page answers the question customers ask most: when are you free. For anything else, the button in each message takes them to your phone number and WhatsApp.
Can I turn her messages off?
Yes. In Settings you choose which messages go out and in which language. You can also have every online booking wait for your approval.
