Anni is an online booking system for physiotherapy clinics. Sell a course of sessions as a package, book each session with the patient’s own therapist, and Anni counts the sessions used and left and reminds the patient a day and an hour before each one.

- Today, 5:05 pm. Anas marked today’s session as done, so Mr. Adel has used 6 of the 8 sessions in his package. Package.

A course sold as a package
Eight, ten or twelve sessions, valid for as long as you set. Sell the course once: Anni counts every session used, and the patient gets a message when the package starts.
The next sessions booked at the desk
Book the coming sessions from the patient’s package before they leave. Each one gets its own confirmation and reminders.
The same therapist all the way
Patients book with the therapist they know, or with whoever is free. A patient who prefers a female therapist can choose her by name.
A reminder before every session
A day before and an hour before, for sessions the patient booked online and for the ones reception booked from a package.
What’s paid and what’s owed
When a patient pays for the course in parts, record each payment, and their profile shows what is still owed.
Each therapist’s own hours
Every therapist has their own working hours and days off, and closed dates shut the whole clinic for a holiday.
Privacy at a physiotherapy clinic
Therapists see their own sessions
Give a therapist the provider role, and they see their own sessions but not the patient list with its payments and notes. Reception can see the whole calendar and the list.
Names that don’t reveal the injury
Messages show the names you give your services and packages. “Physiotherapy session” works better than naming a patient’s injury or operation.
Not a clinical record
Anni doesn’t hold assessments, exercise programmes or progress records. Its notes are plain text for practical things, like which days suit the patient.
Exports stay with the owner
Only the owner can download the patient list and payments as a CSV file, and they can do it at any time.
Questions physiotherapy clinics ask
Can we sell a course of 10 sessions?
Yes, as a package: 10 sessions, valid for as long as you choose. Book each session from it as the course goes on, and the patient’s profile shows how many are used and how many are left.
Can we book all of a patient’s sessions at once?
Book them one by one from the package while the patient is at the desk. Each takes seconds and gets its own confirmation and reminders. Anni doesn’t spread the sessions over the weeks by itself.
Can a patient keep the same therapist for the whole course?
Yes. Patients choose their therapist when they book online, and reception picks the therapist when booking from the package. Each therapist sees their sessions in their own calendar.
What happens when a patient cancels a session?
If you allow online cancellation, patients can cancel up to the number of hours before that you set. The session goes back to their package, and the time opens on your page for someone else.
What if a patient stops coming halfway through?
Their profile shows how many sessions are left, what is still owed and when the package ends, so reception can call them and book the next session.
