Anni is an online booking system for laser hair removal and aesthetic centres. Clients book laser sessions, facials and skin care from your page, you sell packages of sessions, and Anni counts what is used, what is left and what is still owed.

- Today, 4:00 pm. Zainab’s facial is tomorrow at 4:00 pm, so I sent her a reminder today. Reminder sent.
- Today, 6:20 pm. Salma paid half of her package today, so the other half shows on it as still owed. Still owed.

Name services with care
Messages show the service as you name it. With a general name like “Laser session”, the area never shows on her lock screen.
Notes stay inside your account
Notes on each client stay inside your centre’s account, and each team member sees only what their role allows.
A specialist’s own bookings
Give a specialist access to her own bookings only. Money and settings stay with the owner.
Your clients stay yours
Their numbers and notes serve your bookings and nothing else, and you can export the list as a CSV file at any time.
Questions laser centres ask
Can a client pay for her package in parts?
Yes. Record each payment as she makes it, and her package shows what she still owes. Her sessions are booked from the same package, and Anni counts each one.
Will the reminder say which area the session is for?
It shows the service name as you write it. Give the service a general name, like “Laser session”, and the area stays out of the message.
Does Anni know when the next session is due?
No. Anni doesn’t set the time between sessions. Book the next one with the client before she leaves, straight from her package, and she gets a reminder before it.
What happens when a package expires?
Every package carries its expiry date, and your client list shows the ones ending soon. Once the date passes, Anni marks the package as expired.
Can each specialist get only the services she does?
Yes. Tick the services each specialist does, like laser or facials. A client who chooses a facial is only offered the specialists who give facials.
