Terms of use

These terms apply to everyone who uses Anni (annibook.com), a service run by Portous LLC: businesses that take bookings with it, their team members, and customers who book through it. By using Anni you agree to them.

1. The service

Anni gives a business a public booking page, a dashboard to manage its calendar, customers, services, packages, team and payments, and booking messages to its customers. Features marked “coming soon” are not part of the service until they launch.

2. Business accounts

  • You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do with the access you give them.
  • You must have the right to add the customer data you put into Anni, including any list you import, and use it only for your own bookings and customer care.
  • You are responsible for your services, prices, opening hours and cancellation rules, and for honouring the bookings you accept.

3. Plans and payment

  • The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Bookings you or your team add yourselves do not count toward the monthly booking limit.
  • Paid plans are priced in shekels and paid monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on the pricing page. A trial needs no card and never charges you; when it ends you return to the free plan unless you choose a plan.
  • If you pay by card, the card is kept by our card processor and your plan renews automatically at the end of each period. We email you before every renewal. You can turn renewal off at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Where card payment isn’t available, you subscribe by arrangement with us on WhatsApp and pay in cash or by bank transfer, and nothing renews automatically.
  • When you move to another plan, the unused part of the period you paid for carries over to the new plan as extra days. You can move to a cheaper plan at once without paying while your paid plan is running, with renewal on or off, as long as your team fits in it.
  • Each paid plan includes a monthly number of WhatsApp messages and minutes of talking to Anni. Extra messages and minutes are paid once and stay on your account until you use them.
  • If we change a price, we tell you before it applies to your plan. If you think you were charged in error, contact us.

4. Bookings between a business and its customers

A booking is an arrangement between the customer and the business. Anni provides the tool and is not a party to it. The business sets its prices and rules and provides the service; questions about a service, a price or a refund go to the business.

Customers must give their real name and phone number, and cancel within the business’s rules if they can’t come. By booking, a customer agrees to receive messages about that booking (confirmation, reminders and changes) on WhatsApp and email.

5. Fair use

Don’t use Anni to break the law, send spam or messages people didn’t agree to, impersonate anyone, collect data from other businesses’ pages, or disrupt or probe the service. We may suspend an account that does.

6. Your content

Your logo, photos, descriptions and data stay yours. You allow us to store and show them in order to run your booking page and the service. Customers are responsible for the reviews they write, and a business can reply publicly. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Anni running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change takes away something you rely on, we tell you in advance.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Portous LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or a missed appointment, and our total liability to a business is limited to what it paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Ending

You can stop using Anni at any time, and export your customers and payments first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

10. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Palestine. When we change them we update the date at the top, and tell businesses by email about significant changes before they take effect.
