Anni is an online booking system for nail salons and nail technicians. Clients choose a manicure, a pedicure, gel, acrylic or a refill from their phone, then the nail tech they want and a free time. Every service keeps its own length, so a refill and a full set each get the time they need.

- Today, 2:15 pm. Houda asked for a pedicure at 4:00 pm with whoever was free, so I booked her with Mirna. Booked.

Booked by name
Clients who follow a tech’s work on Instagram book her by name, and anyone else takes whichever tech is free at their time. Each tech keeps her own calendar on her phone.
Removal and a new set together
A client coming from another salon books gel removal and her new set in one go, back to back with the same tech, once several services per visit is on.
A break to clean the tools
Add a few minutes between appointments to clean the tools and set up the table before the next client sits down.
Shape and colour, noted
Write her nail shape, length and last colour on her profile, and it’s there the next time she books.

A polish change, a gel manicure and a full acrylic set take different times, and so does a refill. Give each its own length and price, and your page only offers times where it fits.

Questions nail salons ask
Can a client book a manicure and a pedicure in one visit?
Yes, once several services per visit is on in Settings. The pedicure then follows the manicure with the same nail tech. Anni doesn’t put two techs on one client at the same time.
Can I see which clients are due for a refill?
Anni doesn’t track refill dates, but your client list shows the regulars who haven’t been back in a while, and each client’s profile shows her past visits.
My clients find me on Instagram. How do they book?
Your booking link goes in your Instagram bio. A client taps it, picks her set, her nail tech and a time, and signs in with a code on WhatsApp. There is no app to download and no password.
Can clients pay a deposit to hold a long set?
Yes. Once your payment account is connected, set a deposit or full payment on a service such as a full acrylic set, and clients pay it by card as they book.
I work alone. Is Anni free for a solo nail tech?
Yes. One nail tech taking online bookings fits the free plan, with up to 15 online bookings a month and no card. Bookings you add yourself, like a walk-in or a regular who messaged you, never count.
