Questions photographers ask
Can clients book sessions of different lengths?
Yes. Each service has its own length and price, like a 15 minute passport photo or a two hour product shoot. Your page only offers times where the whole session fits, with the break you set between sessions.
Can I take a deposit to hold a long shoot?
Yes. Connect your payment account, then choose which services need a deposit or full payment up front, such as a two hour product shoot. Clients pay by card as they book.
Can I sell a first year package for a baby?
Yes. Put the newborn, six month and first birthday sessions in one package that lasts a year or more, and sell it to the family. Book each session from it when the baby is ready, and Anni shows what is used, what is left and what is still owed.
Does Anni deliver the photos to clients?
No. Anni books and manages sessions, sends the confirmation and reminders, and keeps payments and notes. Deliver the photos the way you do today.
What if a newborn session has to move?
Move it in the calendar to the new day and time, and the parents get a message with the new time straight away. If you allow it, clients can also cancel online within your rules.
