Questions about plans and billing
What does the free plan include?
The free plan covers one person taking online bookings, and up to 15 online bookings a month, with confirmations and reminders by email. Bookings you add yourself don’t count, and there is no time limit.
What does the free trial include?
Everything in the Team Plan for 30 days, with no card. Talking to Anni is capped at 30 min for the whole trial; typing to her is not.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You go back to the free plan on your own and nothing is charged, because the trial needs no card. WhatsApp messages stop and the free limits apply again; your bookings, customers and data all stay.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Every paid plan has a yearly price that saves you 2 months compared with paying monthly. You pay once for the whole year.
What if I change plans?
Moving up, you pay for the new plan and the time left on your current one is added as extra days. Moving down to a cheaper plan happens at once with nothing to pay while your paid plan is running, with renewal on or off: the time left becomes days of the new plan, as long as your team fits in it.
What happens if my WhatsApp messages run out?
Each paid plan includes enough WhatsApp messages for about 300 bookings a month on the Essential Plan, about 650 on the Team Plan, and about 1,300 on the Center Plan. We email you when 80% are used and again if they run out. After that, reminders go by email to customers who have an email address, if email is on in your settings, until the month ends or you add more messages.
How do I pay for a plan?
By card, from Settings. Your plan renews at the end of each period until you turn renewal off, we email you before every renewal, and every payment comes with an invoice by email.
Which currency are the plans in?
Plans are priced in US dollars in every country. The prices on your own booking page are in your own currency, whichever you choose.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Turn renewal off whenever you want. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free plan with all your data.
