Parents book the lesson. You teach it.
Anni is an online booking system for private tutors and tutoring centres. Parents book one to one lessons for their children from your page, get a reminder before each one, and Anni keeps count of every package of lessons.
Anni
- Last night, 9:48 pm. Huda booked a maths lesson with Mr. Walid for her son Adam, tomorrow at 4:00 pm. I confirmed it and sent her the details on WhatsApp. Confirmed.
- Today, 3:00 pm. Adam’s maths lesson is at 4:00 pm, so I sent his mother a reminder an hour before. Reminder sent.
- Today, 5:10 pm. Jana has 2 of the 8 lessons left in her English package with Ms. Rasha, and it ends this month. Package.
- Today, 8:15 pm. Lubna booked Saturday lessons for both sons: physics for Sami at 5:00 pm and chemistry for Ziad at 6:00 pm. I confirmed both. Booked.
Made for lessons after school
Parents book in their own name
The parent books with their own name and number and writes the child’s name in the note, which shows on the booking and in the confirmation.
A service for each subject
Maths, physics, English: each subject has its own length and price, and each tutor only gets the subjects they teach.
Lessons sold as a package
Sell 8 lessons that last a month. Anni counts the lessons used and left, and what the family still owes.
Every tutor’s own week
At a centre, parents pick the tutor or whoever is free. Each tutor can be limited to their own lessons, and money and settings stay with the owner.
Notes on each family
The child’s grade, the school, what to revise next time: keep it on the family’s profile and read it before the lesson.
More hours before exams
Add evenings or a Saturday to your hours for exam season, and parents see the new times on your page right away.
What parents see
A link, not an app
Parents open your page in their phone’s browser and sign in with a code sent on WhatsApp. There is no password to remember.
The lesson in their calendar
One tap adds it to Google, Apple or Outlook calendar, next to school and everything else.
Cancelling by your rules
You decide whether parents can cancel online, and how late. Past that point, the lesson stays booked and they call you.
Arabic or English
Your page works in both, and parents switch with one tap.
Questions tutors ask
Can a parent book lessons for their child?
Yes. The parent books in their own name and number and writes the child’s name in the note. Confirmations and reminders go to the parent, and the note shows in the confirmation.
Can one parent book for two children?
Yes. The parent books each child’s lesson on its own and writes in the note who it is for. Every lesson shows on the family’s profile.
Can a lesson repeat every week?
Anni doesn’t repeat bookings on its own. Book the next lesson at the end of each one, straight from the student’s package, or book several weeks ahead, one lesson at a time. The parent gets a confirmation for each.
Can parents pay for a month of lessons in advance?
Yes, as a package: create one with its number of lessons and how long it lasts, like 8 lessons in a month, and sell it to the parent. Anni counts the lessons used and left, and what is still owed.
Can older students book for themselves?
Yes. A student with their own phone books with their own number, the same way a parent does, and the confirmation and reminders go to them.
