Questions spas ask
Can one massage come in 60 and 90 minutes?
Yes. Add each length as its own service with its own price. Guests pick the one they want, and only times long enough for the whole treatment show.
Does Anni book rooms?
No. Anni books each appointment with a therapist, not a room. If you have fewer rooms than therapists, let online requests wait for your approval, so you can check a room is free before you confirm.
How long is the break between appointments?
You set it in minutes, in Settings. Anni keeps that gap between one appointment and the next on each therapist’s day, so there is time to get the room ready.
Can I sell a package of massages?
Yes. Set up a package of, say, 10 massages that stays valid for 6 months. Anni counts every session used, shows what is left, and sends the guest a message when her package starts.
Can I stop late cancellations online?
Yes. Choose how many hours before a treatment guests can still cancel online, 24 for example, or turn online cancellation off. After that, a guest who needs to cancel contacts the spa.
