Anni reminds your customers on WhatsApp
Every booking gets a confirmation on WhatsApp, then a reminder the day before and another an hour before. Nobody on your team has to send a thing, and you don’t need a WhatsApp Business account of your own.

What goes out, and when
Right away
A confirmation with the service, the person, the time and your business’s name.
The day before
A reminder with the same details.
An hour before
A last reminder, so they leave on time.

A message with the new time.

A message saying the booking is off.
When a package starts
A message that their package is ready to use.
Whose number is it?
Messages come from Anni’s official WhatsApp Business number. Each one names your business and has a button that opens the booking, so customers know who it’s from.
What if a customer replies?
Replies to that number don’t reach you. The button in every message opens the booking page, which shows your phone number and WhatsApp, so customers can reach you directly.
You decide what goes out
Turn each message on or off in Settings, and choose whether they go out in Arabic or English.
Mind the service’s name
Messages include the service name as you wrote it. For anything private, use a general name like “Consultation”, so nothing sensitive shows on a locked phone.
Which plan?
WhatsApp messages come with every paid plan, enough for about 300 bookings a month on the Essential Plan, about 650 on the Team Plan, and about 1,300 on the Center Plan. If a month’s messages run out, we tell you, reminders go by email to customers who have one (if email messages are on in your settings), and you can add more at any time. On the free plan, the same confirmations and reminders go by email.

Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. The messages are sent from Anni’s official WhatsApp Business number, so you don’t need an account, a number or any setup on WhatsApp.
Can I change what the messages say?
The wording is fixed, because WhatsApp approves every message in advance. Each message carries your business’s name, the service, the person and the time, and you choose Arabic or English.
Do the messages cost extra?
Not within your plan. Each paid plan includes enough WhatsApp messages for about 300 bookings a month on the Essential Plan, about 650 on the Team Plan, and about 1,300 on the Center Plan. In a busy month you can buy more, or reminders go by email to customers who have one (if email messages are on in your settings) until the month ends. On the free plan, confirmations and reminders go by email instead.
Can customers cancel by replying?
No, replies don’t reach anyone. The button in each message opens the booking, where the customer can cancel within your cancellation rules or find your phone number and WhatsApp.
Do bookings my team adds get reminders too?
Yes. A booking you or your team add in the dashboard gets the same confirmation and reminders as one the customer made online, as long as the customer’s number is on it.
