Questions salons ask
Can a client book hair and nails in the same visit?
Yes. Turn on several services per visit in Settings, and clients can pick more than one service. Anni books them one after another with the same person, so it suits services one person does.
Can clients choose their stylist?
Yes. Clients choose a stylist or take whoever is free, and each stylist only gets the services you assign to them.
Can I sell packages, like six laser sessions?
Yes. Create a package with its sessions and how long it lasts, sell it to a client, and book sessions from it. Anni counts every session used and shows what is left.
What happens when a client doesn’t show up?
Mark the booking as a no-show. Reminders a day and an hour before mean fewer forgotten appointments, and you can block a number that keeps missing.
Can clients pay a deposit when they book?
Yes. Connect your payment account and set a deposit or full payment for each service, and clients pay by card when they book.
